Privacy Policy

kaCal Go ("we", "us") helps you track calories and nutrition. This policy explains what information is used to provide the service.

Information we process

• Account information and authentication identifiers.
• Nutrition entries, meal photos, and preferences that you choose to submit.
• Purchase and entitlement status supplied by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Device, diagnostic, and crash information needed for security and reliability.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, store your nutrition history, provide AI-assisted nutrition estimates, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Meal images and text submitted for analysis may be processed by our service providers, including Google Gemini, to return nutrition estimates.

Sharing and retention

We use infrastructure providers (including Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and Google Gemini) only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. We retain account data while your account is active and delete it when you request deletion, subject to limited records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@koyosim.com. You can also delete your account from the app when that option is available.

Children

kaCal Go is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can remove it.
